Televisa Corporación S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “Televisa”) a company located in Av. Vasco de Quiroga 2000, Col Santa Fe, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01210, Mexico City, is convinced to protect the personal data provided by its users (hereinafter “Personal Data”) and is responsible for its Process (as defined below) when collected through the website of http://www.televisair.com/en/resources/email-alerts (hereinafter the “Website”).
PROCESS PURPOSE (DATA USE).
Televisa may request and/or collect through the Website, users’ Personal Data for the below referred purposes, such as to fulfill the legal dispositions that require so (hereinafter the “Process”). Televisa and/or any third party to intervene at any stage of the Personal Data Process, shall save confidentiality of the same, in accordance with applicable laws in Mexico.
Personal Data provided by users when they register through the Website, have the purpose create databases for providing information, particularly to send newsletters and/or press releases from the Investors Relations department.

Registering through the Website implies full and unlimited consent from users for the Process of their Personal Data according to this Data Use and Privacy Policy.

If by any human or technical mistake of Televisa, or by unawareness of the owner Personal Data of minors or persons who are in a state of interdiction or disability is collected, such information will be deleted from the databases in which they are included as soon as Televisa becomes aware of it.
MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Televisa has physical, technical and administrative security measures for the protection of Personal Data provided by users.

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER.
Televisa, without the users consent, may reveal, disclose and/or transfer inside and outside the country Personal Data provided by users, only to its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or related companies, such as to comply any law requiring so, or when requested by competent authorities.
PROCEDURES TO EXERCISE PERSONAL DATA OWNERS’ RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT.
Users may make a request to:
- Access their Personal Data;
- Rectify their Personal Data when inaccurate or incomplete;
- Cancel their Personal Data;
- Object with legitimate reason the Process of their Personal Data, and/or
- Revoke their consent for the Process of their Personal Data at any moment, to stop the use of the same.
Notwithstanding, it is important to consider that we cannot process the request to cancel of Personal Data, object to the Process or revoke consent, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we are required to continue processing Personal Data.
The exercise of rights to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object Personal Data or Revoke their Consent that users submit, should be requested to Televisa and must include at least the following:
- The data owner's name, address, e-mail address to notify him of the response to his request;
- Documents establishing the identity or, where appropriate, legal representation of the data owner;
- A clear and precise description of the Personal Data with regard to which the data owner seeks to exercise any of the abovementioned rights (when rectification is requested, modifications that should be made should be specified and provide documentation to back up its request);
- Any other element or document that facilitates locating the Personal Data.

Televisa will answer users in no longer than 20 working days counted as from the date in which the request is received, trough the e-mail provided for such purposes.
The exercise of users of the abovementioned rights shall be subject to laws and regulations applicable and in force in Mexico.
COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS.
With the purpose of providing a better experience to users in the Website, Televisa may use “cookies”. For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, "Cookies" are identified as text files of information that a website transfers to the hard drive of the computer of the users in order to store some records and preferences. Televisa may use "cookies" to better understand the interaction of the users with the Website and the services provided. The Website may allow advertising or third party functions that send "cookies" to computers of users. Through the use of "cookies", users are not personally identified, only their computers.

SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA.
According to the Mexican in force legislation, “Sensitive Personal Data” are known as “those which may reveal items such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political views, and sexual preference.”
If Televisa is to require Sensitive Personal Data from users, these shall provide their express consent.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Televisa reserves the right to modify at any moment the terms of this Privacy Notice. Any change made to the Privacy Notice will be notified to users through the Website.
Once the Privacy Notice is published it will be in force automatically.
