Pursuant to the general rules applicable to securities issuers and other participants of the stock market, as issued by the Bank and Securities National Commission (CNBV), the notarial deed containing Grupo Televisa's by-laws as amended, registered in the Public Registry of Commerce in the Federal District, must be available to public investors every five years through this website. In addition, the by-laws of Grupo Televisa, as amended, are available through this website.
