In March 2024, directors of the Board (the "Board") of Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. were invited to complete a self-evaluation assisted by Nasdaq, with 100% of Board Members providing responses. The objective of the evaluation was to provide a concise picture of how the directors view the Board’s effectiveness, to highlight areas of strength and areas for improvement, to promote positive Board dynamics, and to provide information to help improve the Board's overall performance.
In addition, the evaluation was designed to assess the Board's performance. The evaluation intended to understand current skills and training of directors in certain areas and enhance the Board’s overall functioning, performance, and effectiveness. The following graph shows the aggregated average ratings for the Board’s evaluation.
